FAQ: Why Can't I Edit or Submit Corporate Card Transactions?

If you click on a transaction on the Pending Submission screen and don't see any details or the Edit button, it is because either the transaction is still pending or the associated credit card is not assigned to any user. 

Pending Transactions

You will only be able to see pending charges once they have been posted to the card. This process usually takes 1-2 business days.

However, you may upload or forward the receipts in advance of the transaction posting. See Store and View Receipts in the Receipts Folder for details.

Unassigned Card

Until a credit card is assigned to a user, the transactions on the card cannot be edited and submitted.

 

 

To assign the card to a user, go to Settings > Card Programs and click on the More Actions button. Then click Manage Cards, assign a user to the card, and click Save.
