Auto-Match Corporate Cards
Corporate card assignments are an ongoing maintenance process that can be cumbersome - particularly for customers with large and continually changing card programs. The Auto-Match Corporate Cards feature allows Emburse Spend to match the information we receive from third-party card programs to the names of Emburse Spend users.
Emburse Spend uses the data we have for each user's First and Last Name on the People screen to match the information of an issued card from the card provider.
If more than one user with the same name exists, Emburse Spend will not automatically match a corporate card to any of those users.
Once a card has matched with a user, it appears on the Team Cards screen.
Additionally, admins receive an email notification whenever a user matches with a card.
