Reauthorize Your Connection

Occasionally there are security practices in existence that force a Capital One Corporate Card program's authentication token to expire after 90 days of connectivity. Twice a week Emburse Spend also has a system to notify customers via email that a card program has been disconnected and needs to be re-authorized.

When an admin logs in to their account, they will be prompted to reauthorize any disconnected cards.

Admins will then be redirected to the Card Programs screen under Company Settings.
