BillPay Vendor Acceptance Workflow

When an admin pays a bill (or multiple bills),  a new virtual card is created for each vendor the day the payment is scheduled. An email is sent out to the vendor to notify them of the issued card. 

 

 

From this email, vendors will be able to select the Click Here to View Card button.

A verification window will open. Enter the verification code - the code is sent in a separate email to the vendor's email address- and click Submit. 

Note: Vendors have 15 minutes to enter this code in their browser before the code expires. If the code expires, vendors can ask for a new code using the Resend Token link. 

 

The Payment Details screen opens. On this screen, the vendor is able to access all the card details, the bill(s) related to the card, and the payor information.

 

From here, vendors have everything they need in order to use the card to pay the outstanding bill. They use the card to pay the bill(s), or until they have reached the card limit.
