Bills Page Overview

After enabling the Bill Pay feature, the Bills screen appears in the Admin navigation sidebar. 

Admins can search for Bills using the search bar or the provided filters.

Importing Bills

The Import Bills button appears to Admins who have not checked Auto-sync approved bills box. All bills will need to be manually loaded into Emburse Send via a .CSV file.

An example of the .CSV format appears below:

The required columns are the Bill ID, Bill Date, Vendor ID, Amount Subtotal, Amount Tax, Amount Total, Total, and Currency.

Please Note: The only currency supported at this time is USD.

Ready to Pay Filter

Under the Ready to Pay filter, admins will be able to see all the bills they have loaded or imported for payment. Bills can only have one of two statuses, New or Overdue.

  • New -- The invoice has been recently imported into Emburse Spend.
  • Overdue -- The calculated due date, from the bill date and the payment terms of the vendor, is in the past. 

Admins can pay a single invoice by clicking on the Pay button under the Action column, or they can select multiple bills in the table by checking the box next to the invoice.
