Update Your Company's Name, Logo, and Email Domain

When your organization undergoes a rebranding, admins can update your company's name, logo, and email domain in Emburse Spend.

Users will not be able to log into Emburse Spend if they lose access to their old email address before their primary email address has been updated in their Emburse Spend account. See Company Email Domain, below, for details.

In the top right corner, click on the gear icon to access Company Settings.

Company Name and Details

On the Company Information tab of Company Settings, you will see the company name, company URL, and contact details. Make the desired changes and click Save.

Company Logo

Further down on the Company Information screen,  you will see the option to upload a Company Logo. Click Upload Logo to replace the image.

The company logo file must be at least 150x150px and less than 10 MB.

If the logo is not a square when uploaded, you will have the opportunity to adjust the crop.

Your logo selection will be automatically saved once you have completed your crop and refreshed or navigated away from the Settings screen.

The logo uploaded does not replace the Emburse branding in the upper left of the screen; it appears in the upper right next to the user name and is visible when toggling among multiple accounts.

Company Email Domain

Email address domains can be updated in Emburse Spend one of two ways:

    • Reinvite every user using their new email address. This will create brand-new accounts in Emburse Spend, and users will not have access to historical data and submissions.
    • Require every user to update their own primary email address on their existing Emburse Spend account.

If your organization chooses the second option, ensure that every user has updated their primary email address in Spend to the one containing your new company domain before you deactivate the old email addresses.

If users lose access to their old email before the new one has been entered into Spend, they will not be able to log into Spend.
