Admin Dashboard Overview
Upon logging into Emburse Spend, you will be directed to the Admin Dashboard. This dashboard offers a centralized view of your company's recent spending, card activity, and administrative tasks. It consolidates data from various areas within your organization, enabling you to monitor compliance, identify trends, and take necessary corrective actions without having to navigate through multiple menus.
The Admin Dashboard helps administrators:
- Track spending patterns and monitor financial health.
- View pending actions that require attention.
- Access insights on card usage and reimbursement trends.
- Take immediate actions such as issuing new cards or approving expenses.
Dashboard Sections

Assurance Dashboard
If your organization uses Emburse Assurance, administrators can switch to the Assurance Dashboard to monitor flagged spend trends and higher-risk activity.
Emburse Assurance is a paid add-on and is not enabled by default. To request activation, submit a demo request or contact your Emburse Spend representative. For full feature details, see Emburse Assurance Overview for Emburse Spend.
Turn on Assurance Dashboard View
From the Admin Dashboard, locate the Assurance Mode toggle in the upper-right corner of the page.

Assurance Dashboard Sections
