Assign Corporate Cards to Users

There are two ways you may assign cards: from the Team Cards screen or from the Card Programs screen. There is no difference in functionality between the two pages, just in the arrangement of the user-interface.

You must assign a card to a user before you can see the Pending Submission transactions for that card.

Assign from the Team Cards Page

The Team Cards screen lists all of the corporate card programs connected to your Emburse Spend account as tabs across the top of the screen. In order to appear as a tab, each corporate card program must be connected to your Emburse Spend account.

In the Admin menu, click Team Cards.

  • Click the Pencil button to change the user to whom the card is assigned.
  • Click the Trash button to remove the card.
  • Click the blue number in the Unexpensed Transactions column to open a filtered list of the Pending Submission transactions associated with that card on the Transactions screen.
If you need to assign a canceled card to a user, use the Card State filter to select Canceled so it will appear in the list for you to assign.

Assign from the Card Programs Page

Click the Gear button to access the Company Settings screen, then click Card Programs. Find the desired card program and click the More Actions button, then click Manage Cards.

 

On the Manage Card Program pop-up, click on the User drop-down menu to select the user you wish to assign or unassign. Click the red Trash button to delete a card and unassign it.

When you are done, click Save.
