What Happens When Corporate Cards or Card Feeds Are Deleted?

Deleted Corporate Cards

When you delete a corporate card, it will stay in the Deleted state, with no option for admins to reactivate it.

All unsubmitted transactions on the Pending Submission screen will be removed when the card is deleted. Therefore, it is recommended to submit all the transactions prior to deleting the card.

All submitted and approved transactions linked to the card will remain unchanged and visible within Emburse Spend. If your organization has an accounting system connected, previously exported transactions will not be affected.

Deleted Corporate Card Feeds

When a corporate card feed is deleted, all associated cards will also be deleted, and admins will not be able to reactivate them.

All unsubmitted transactions on the Pending Submission screen will be removed when the card feed is deleted. Therefore, it is recommended to submit, approve, and export all the transactions prior to deleting the card feed.

All submitted and approved transactions associated with the card feed will stay unchanged and will be visible within Emburse Spend.

If your organization has an accounting system connected to Emburse Spend and the transactions were exported there, those transactions will remain.
