FAQ: Why aren't locations populating when I try to create an expense on mobile?

You will need to enable location services to see nearby places. To enable location services, follow these steps:

1. Open Emburse Spend, upon typing in the name of the Merchant, you will be asked to use your Location. Please select 'Allow While Using App':

2. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and make sure that “Emburse Spend” has location access to “Always” or “While Using the App”.
