Connect the Emburse Xero Connector
Use this article to connect Emburse Spend to Xero through the Emburse Xero Connector. The connector uses OAuth 2.0 so that the integration can import and export data for the correct Xero organization.
This article applies to accounts that use the Emburse Connector on the Accounting Integration page. To confirm which integration you use, go to the Accounting Integration page. If the Connect action displays Connect via Emburse Connector, or your connected accounting integration description states that your account is syncing via Emburse Connector, use this article.
If the Emburse Connector path does not apply to your account, see Connect Xero to Emburse Spend for the native Xero integration.
The Emburse Xero Connector is the ERP Connector integration for Xero. It is separate from the legacy native Emburse Spend Xero integration documented in How Does the Emburse Spend Xero Integration Work? Native integration uses Accounting Sync in Company Settings. The Emburse Xero Connector uses Accounting Integration and the connector configuration workflow.
For an overview of the full connector setup, see Get Started with the Emburse Xero Connector.
