Get Started with the Emburse Xero Connector
Use the Emburse Xero Connector to synchronize expense data between Emburse Spend and Xero through the Emburse ERP Connector integration. Completing this setup reduces manual entry, improves accuracy, and supports a faster reconciliation process.
This article applies to accounts that use the Emburse Connector on the Accounting Integration page. To confirm which integration you use, go to the Accounting Integration page. If the Connect action displays Connect via Emburse Connector, or your connected accounting integration description states that your account is syncing via Emburse Connector, use this article.
If the Emburse Connector path does not apply to your account, see Connect Xero to Emburse Spend for the native Xero integration.
The Emburse Xero Connector is the ERP Connector integration for Xero. It is separate from the legacy native Emburse Spend Xero integration documented in How Does the Emburse Spend Xero Integration Work? Native integration uses the Accounting Sync settings in Emburse Spend. The Emburse Xero Connector uses Accounting Integration and the connector configuration workflow described in this guide.
Complete the steps in this guide in the order listed. Each step builds on the previous one and is required to ensure a successful and reliable synchronization between Emburse Spend and Xero.
