Improvements

INTERNATIONAL

Tax Support for Australian and Nexonia Customers

Tax support is now available for all Australian customers and for customers who migrated from Nexonia. You can capture tax on expenses and sync that tax through your Emburse Connector.

  • The Emburse NetSuite Connector syncs multiple tax types.
  • The Emburse Intacct Connector syncs multiple tax types.
  • The Emburse QuickBooks Online Connector syncs one tax type. QuickBooks Online pre-groups tax, so Emburse Spend sends a single tax type.

See Using Expense Fields in Emburse Spend.

Open Invoices in Vendor Details

The Posted Date column on transactions sorted in the wrong order. The column now sorts by the posted date.

After you changed a field that controls approval routing, the expense could remain with the previous approver. Approval routing now follows the updated field.

See How To Use Expense Approval Routing.

First-Install Configuration on iOS

On a first install of iOS 3.0.0, the app could fail to load the configuration it uses for app updates and region selection. The app now loads that configuration during the first install.

Card Number on Android

On Android, a card in your card program could display 0000 instead of the card number. The card number now displays.

Expense-Tag Values on iOS

On iOS, expense-tag values could be missing on Pending Submission and on the unexpensed card detail. Those values now display in both places.
